| In order to guarantee the product quality, at present pipe galvanizing enterprises use superheated steam boiler to supply high temperature steam of 0.8～1Mpa and 160～200℃. The steam can blow off surplus mol-ten zinc and make inside wall of galvanized pipe smooth and cleaned. But this mode has large one-time inv-estment, high operation cost and poor result, and it makes the production cost of pipe galva-nizing enterpris-es raised. For this reason, our company organized technical personnel in many disciplines to study it for abo-ut two years and has developed special high pressure hot air generator for inside blow of hot dip galvanized pipe. The generator uses the existing compressed air in pipe galvanizing enterprise and it is be heated by electric power (thermal efficiency is up to 85%). Adopting new “cluster dip type heating device”, the generator has simple operation and high safety coefficient. The experiment indicates that the generator can satisfy the requirements of inside blow into galvanized pipe. |
