| In real hot galvanizing production, it is frequent that a part of workpiece surface is not galvanized |
| and even the precision dimension of the part is required on the basis of customer demand or the particularityto be galvanized. In this case, it gives many difficulties to hot galvanizing factories. In the past, paintapplyi-ng, packing and sealing methods do not solve these problems radically. In order to satisfy the requireme- nts of vast galvanizing factories, Xinyue company has developed “ZD-Ⅰ” and “ZD-Ⅱ”type galvanizing inhi- bitors. The various experiments data and industrial scale production indicate that the inhibitors have sim-ple operation, easy elimination and low cost, and so are well received by vast hot galvanizing factories. |

| Using method: |
| ● Preliminary pickling of workpiece, after removing the great part of oxides wash it with water. |
| ● Spraying or applying galvanizing inhibitor by brush to the place where galvanizing is not necessary |
| and backing or natural drying according to the workpiece requirements. |
| ● Immerging dry workpiece with galvanizing inhibitor into acid again to eliminate oxides completely. |
| ● Washing with water-applying galvanizing agent-galvanizing-water cooling- passivation- rinsing |
| ● Notice: If the inhibitor is applied to other parts, must eliminate it immediately . |

| In order to satisfy the requirements of vast customers, the product is packed in plastic barrels, |
| each contains 5Kg, 10Kg, 20Kg or 50Kg. |
| Note: under long term storage, deposition may occur but does not influence quality, and so before |
| using must stir it and make it uniform. |
