Inside heater and ceramic galvanizing pot for hot galvanizing

      The ceramic galvanizing pot consists of pot body of industrial ceramic material, protective heater and automatic temperature control system. It has a series of characteristics, such as not producing zinc slag by the pot proper, long life, impact resistance, high thermal efficiency, etc. Especially the protective heater is cooled with molten zinc and this can not be realized through the inside heating technology for hot galvanizing at ho- meand abroad. Digitized control circuit can control molten zinc temperature within ±1℃ range.     
     The temperature control circuit adopts large power thyristor, whole system forms a closed loop circuit and so automatic temperature control can be realized. When the system set point is changed or the input and ou-tput influential factors including the addition of cold zinc ingot or workpiece occur, the system can enter PID regulation in advance and restrain overregula-tion or under-regulation before up to temperature index. The
temperature accuracy of molten zinc can be controlled ±1℃ range of temperature standard value. Because of the uniform heating of the protective heater, low temperature change during the formation ofgal- vanized coating and non-corrosion of ceramic pot, the product is uniformly galvanized, finished prod-uct ratio is high, quality is stable and the zinc consumption decreased from 80~120 kg / tonne with cast iron pot to 50 kg / tonnewith ceramic pot. LED display screen is designed for electric controlsystem and theoperation situation of heater can be clear at a glance.


      Applicable scope:
      Ⅰtype general galvanizing pot: Molten zinc temperature can be set at will between 420-550℃. The pot is applicable to steel sheet, steel pipe, steel tower, guard bar, steel sections, steel wire and steel strip for galvanizing.
      Ⅱtype high temperature galvanizing pot: Molten zinc temperature can be set at will between 460-620℃.
The pot is applicable to bolt, fastener, steel rebar, malleable cast iron pipe and part, electric device and other metals for hot galvanizing.
      Ⅲ type hot aluminizing pot: The working temperature set range of protective heater:≤820℃.
      Operation performance of protective heater:

      Compared with existing quartz pipe heater and insert type boronized pipe inside heater, the protective heater characteristics are as follows:

      Solidification with molten zinc cooling, skimming is not necessary while shut down;
      Press resistance and impact resistance are equal to that iron pot. The slings and operation process of existing iron pot are not changed.
Adjustment of molten zinc;
      The temperature of molten zinc can be set and adjusted at will. The ceramic pot isIncomparable with original 08F steel zinc pot.
      Technical index and parameters of zinc pot:
      Through the use of many factories, the protective heater and ceramic galvanizing pot are up to the following
      technical standards:
      1.The internal shell size of zinc (L×W×H): (1-15)m×(0.4-1.6)m×(0.6-1.8)m;
      2. Pot capacity: 1~300 tonnes;
      3. Installed electric power: 50-1800KW;
      4. Using power: ≯ 70% of installed power
      5. Power for holding temperature: ≯ 20% of installed power;
      6. Working temperature:set at will between 430-800℃;
      7. Zinc saving: Compared with iron pot, more than 10 kg of zinc / tonne are saved; compared with iron pot, 50% of zinc are saved;
      8. Control accuracy of molten zinc temperature: ±1℃;
      9. Temperature difference of molten zinc: ≯3℃;
      10. Working mode: protective heater can be cooled with molten zinc temperature.
      11. Service life of the pot: ≮10 years.
